The course provides the general business management skills and knowledge of the candidates, their awareness and rational thinking. The holder of this diploma may apply to be Associates of ABMA subject to final approval from the council. Candidates may employ the designation of AABMA upon the acceptance of the Association.
There are five subjects and a candidate has to pass four subjects to be qualified to hold the diploma. The subjects are:
1. ABMA 2001 Financial Analysis and Decisions
2. ABMA 2002 Information Systems Management
3. ABMA 2003 Marketing Management
4. ABMA 2004 Organizational Behaviour
5. ABMA 2005 Decision Making
The Examination
There will be one paper of three hours for each subject. Each paper will have two portions, both of which must be completed. Part 1 will have short questions and carry 40% of the total marks; there will be no choice. Part 2 will carry 60% of the total marks and have essay type questions, and candidates are required to answer 4 out of 5 questions. |
