The course provides the senior business management skills and knowledge of the candidates, with in depth analysis of their knowledge in specialist business stream. The holder of this advanced diploma may be qualified as an Associate and may employ the designation of AABMA upon the approval from the Association.
There are nine subjects and a candidate has to pass eight subjects to be qualified to hold the advanced diploma. The subjects are:
1. ABMA 3001 Accounting for Decision and Control
2. ABMA 3002 Entrepreneurship
3. ABMA 3003 Corporate Finance
4. ABMA 3004 Financial Modeling and Planning
5. ABMA 3005 Human Resources Planning
6. ABMA 3006 Systems Software and Computer Architecture
7. ABMA 3007 International Business
8. ABMA 3008 Consumer Behaviour
9. ABMA 3009 Advanced Statistical Methods
The Examination
There will be one paper of three hours for each subject. Each paper will have two portions, both of which must be completed. Part 1 will have short questions and carry 40% of the total marks; there will be no choice. Part 2 will carry 60% of the total marks and have essay type questions which should all be answered. |
